Ashley brings 15 years of experience. Having been born and raised in Tampa, Florida, she pursued her higher education at the University of South Florida.
With a deep passion for Behavioral Health, she finds personal fulfillment in spending quality time with family and friends and engaging with nature, particularly the beach. Her conviction is that mental health is fundamental, influencing every aspect of our daily lives. This passion for mental well-being stems from a profound desire to support others.

Ashley graduated from the University of South Florida obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Masters of Arts in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling.

She has experience working with children and adults. She has experience working in crisis facilities, residential programs, substance treatment centers, outpatient centers, and much more.

Tarita Byas-Harris, LMHC
​Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Tarita brings 20 years of experience. As a former military Army spouse for 25 years, Tarita has passionately facilitated international adoptions, connecting loving American families with children in need of stable homes. Her recent journey has been equally impressive, earning her a postgraduate certificate in mental health while working with a dynamic Crisis Mental Health Mobile Response Team and providing care at various mental health facilities. An alumna of Tuskegee University, Tarita balances her professional expertise with a vibrant personal life, happily married for 35, a proud mom of five, and a pet lover with three dogs and two cats. In her free time, she dives into swimming, coaching, gardening, and volunteering, always eager to help others overcome challenges and pursue their dreams!
Alyson Sobo, LMHC

Hi, I'm Aly, I look forward to having the opportunity to help you on your journey to wellness. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have been able to help teens and adults as they navigate some of life's greatest challenges. Some of these challenges have included anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, trauma and panic disorder. I pride myself on creating a calming, safe, and sometimes humorous environment where my clients are free to express themselves in whichever way feels best. I have worked with a variety of clients over the last 10 years. I received my master's in counseling from the University of South Florida 2015 and worked with adolescents, adults and couples. In my practice I specialize in a cognitive behavioral approach as well as solution-focused therapy. I know one size does not fit all so I work with my clients to find what modality suits them.
